The previously unused bakery which stands adjacent to the Ty Mawr Country Hotel in the centre of Brechfa was developed early in 2006 into the Flock Inn Brewery and Bar. The first brew was done on 23 March 2006. This video was first shown on the ITV Wales news program Wales Tonight. Sadly the Flock Inn Brewery and Bar closed for good on Friday 21st December 2007.

The Ty Mawr Country Hotel continues to offer first class accommodation, dining and special functions in a glorious setting.
